Fleet Supervisor
· Key Responsibility: Manage the logistics process for assigned areas/retailer partners with a KPI driven mindset and a hunger for continuous improvement
· KPIs: Efficiency of Pickers & Drivers (orders/day), Quality handling of orders (service level NPS), On time fulfillment (picking and delivery), Cost per order (picking and/or delivery), Speed of picking and delivery (per order/item)
· Manage & coach our own team of supervisors, pickers & drivers to achieve KPIs & grow with us
· Identify & hire new pickers & drivers as we scale (and warn & remove if not effective)
· Onboard new frontline team members perfectly to achieve
· Problem-solve and troubleshoot daily operational issues, approaching all facets with an analytical, data-driven mindset to have short term & long-term solutions
· Map out and optimize every part of the order preparation & delivery process (SOPs)
· Optimize team scheduling with data and creative ideas
· Enhance our speed of picking & delivery with operational & technical solutions
· Relationship building with store teams in conjunction with our account management team
· Assist dispatch team with on ground execution & quality control
· Plan, efficiently use & track/monitor on ground assets
· Support catalog & marketing teams with instore executions
· Ensure effective & efficient team utilization for peak & off peak (with additional support tasks)
· Expand capacity (per person) with operational & technical recommendations
· Evolve our logistics models & excellence in encompassing express, scheduled and same/next day deliveries based on customer and partner preferences
· Identify and define technology requirements & improvements
· Assist Head of Logistics on projects for continued operating efficiency and growth
What You Should Already Have
· 6-7 years previous experience
· UAE driving license (this is mandatory)
· Analytical thinker with problem solving skills
· Everyday 1% better mentality
· Customer delight obsession
· Ability to balance cost & quality
· Track record of operational results
· Ability to handle high pressure in a positive way
· Quick learning & execution
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
· Strong work ethic and drive, high attention to detail, and desire for a high level of ownership
· Strong command with tools of the trade (eg. Excel, PPT, Google Drive, etc)
· Hunger to grow the business & yourself
