EDGE3 Technologies, a U.S. – based company specializing in driver and in-cabin monitoring systems. Seeking fulltime employees for multiple positions at the EDGE3 Fatigue and Distraction Center in Beirut. The Beirut location functions as a 24-hour customer support center for customers around the world utilizing the Company’s product.

The ideal candidate would be:

  • Punctual, meticulous and dedicated
  • Fluent English skills, both reading and writing.
  • Ability to work on a team and in a team environment.
  • 24-hour product and customer support team. Team members would be required to review real-time short video clips from around the world and perform functions based on the video clips, such as alerting customer contacts.
  • Employees will also review videos and manually label certain features to support the Company’s HQ team.
  • Employees will interact regularly with the main headquarters in the United States.
  • Employees would also prepare documents and supporting information relevant to the conducted work.
  • Able to write up professional reports
  • Utilize Word, Excel, .ppt and other Microsoft products
  • Any basic coding skills would be a plus
  • Have an unblemished criminal record

  • The position is 8.5 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  • Salary starts at 400 USD. Payment is in USD not LBP
