- Make sure that all couriers are leaving with their OFD morning target
- Monitor all couriers to start their work early as soon as possible.
- Report all Delayed couriers to the supervisor
- Check All Couriers Grooming and Uniforms.
- Keep an eye on trip progress on each courier and make sure that all couriers are on schedule.
- Make sure that all couriers are achieving 6 to 7 stops per hour.
- Reduce the breaks and the idle time for each courier.
- Monitor productive hours.
- Keep an eye on late pickups and update the courier on the same.
- Check calling system to make sure that all attempted shipment has been called or customer is notified before the courier to get back at the station.
- To check all attempted deliveries in the morning that is related to incomplete address and provide the courier with a new delivery instruction.
- Check Scheduled shipment that is delivered based on the agreed time window, alert and support the couriers to achieve the performance.
- Make sure that all attempts shipment are being contact by the courier through the calling system.
