Personal Assistant
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist the firm's lawyers. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications:
Essential Scope of Work:
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients and provide general support to visitors;
- Prepare letters, replies and reviews as and when requested;
- Able to send email promptly;
- coordinate with third parties (i.e auditor, etc.) to get updates on pending files;
- Handle office supplies and update office expenses accordingly;
- Support the accounting team, reconcile expense report for management approval and maintain records for staff, telephones and petty cash;
- Organize and maintain the filing and archiving system, the firm's databases and related documentation;
- issuance of invoices and receipts;
- Travel planning;
- Etc.
