ERP Support Specialist

To support all system systems users at all levels throughout the organization in order maintain data processing solutions to enhance the ERP systems.

System Administration

• Liaises with other team members to resolve operational issues within agreed SLA
• Creates user names, roles, and security and distribute rights.
• Provides documentations of all security changes, menus and roles and places them on the shared folder.

System Enhancement

• Executes ERP enhancement projects .
• Ensures adequate testing for all changes conducted on the ERP.
• Administers documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP system users.
• Assists in DR simulations and archiving activities.

Data Integrity

• Ensures integrity of data between JDE and all Business Applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar field
• 2 - 3 years experience in similar field
