Performance Marketing Specialist
Amana is looking to hire a Performance Specialist located in Beirut. The candidate is responsible for setting up, managing, optimizing, and reporting all digital advertising campaigns across social, search, and display platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, develop, and execute user acquisition campaigns across different social and partnership platforms
- Build budget projections and pitch decks
- Coordinate the creation of digital content to build brand credibility
- Suggest and implement marketing methods to increase profitability
- Plan and optimize landing page testing
- Monitor ROI and KPIs
- Evaluate current channels’ performance and recommend long-term strategies
- Overhaul existing ads system and execute new ad campaigns on a timely basis
- Generate progress reports, projections, and recommendation improvements
- Explore new opportunities and advertising channels to acquire users
- Stay up to date with digital media developments
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Marketing or any related field
- 4+ Years of experience in performance marketing including but not limited to, Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, and Feeds across web and mobile
- High level knowledge of sales funnels and how to drive qualified traffic with advertisements
- Experience developing ad campaigns to target customers at all sales funnel stages
- Experience in tags, cookies and audience building
- Team player with good Arabic/English communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to achieve results using out of the box approaches
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
