About the job

  • You are tasked to successfully supervise and organize the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • You should meet with customers to understand their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.
  • Promote a customer focus culture in sales and marketing operations, while being attached to a constant respect of the law and internal rules, Nexans values & Nexans local image.
  • Elaborate the sales strategy
  • Manage the interface with marketing
  • Review terms and conditions of contracts
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Electrical Engineering degree is preferable
  • Exposure to cables field, electrical lighting sector is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of the foreign market African -Asia- Europe – Middle East countries
  • Has wide sales experience
