About the Role:
To Manage the Warehousing Operations with the 3PL,bring in operational Efficiencies which can reduce cost and improve the service levels. Implement continuous improvement culture within the operations.
Warehouse and Stock Management - Developing framework and processes with the 3PL for effective and optimized management of stocks, ensuring stock accuracy and high order fulfilment rate with Ferrero set quality standards. Solely responsible for communication and conducting Stock Counts at various facilities. Reporting of freshness Managing ageing inventory with regular reporting and escalations to all stakeholders. Ensuring tracking and closure of trade refusals and returns within the set timelines. Management of stock disposals/destruction as per the Local and Ferrero standards and guidelines. Management of inventory within different storage location and ensuring timely movements based on the guidelines provided.
KPI Management and Reporting - Periodic management and reporting of KPIs to management - Waste Levels, Pick Rate%, On-Time%, Stock Accuracy%, Various Cost/Turnover Ratios, MOQ management, stock quality reporting - Ageing and Freshness.
Continuous Improvement - Propose and put in place ideas or projects which can have short/long term impact on Cost, Quality, Service and Sustainability.
Who we are looking for:
1 to 3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Functional experience in Stock Management, Inventory Control, Warehouse management, Shelf Life and Freshness Management.
Technical experience in SAP or any other WMS or ERP system, MS Excel Advance and PowerPoint.
