Objectives:

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team and support our daily admin procedures. The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for our team, providing administrative support, market research, and managing the team’s queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Update office policies and agreements as needed.
  • Schedule in-house and external events.
  • Administration of company databases.
  • Working directly with the CEO for market research, new client search, and hires.
  • Tracking of invoices and payments.
  • Online job postings, mailers’ shooting, and articles recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) and able to learn any new software.
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
