A. Role Summary:

Plan, control, and execute marketing activities related to the brand portfolio, and ensure that all the brands’ exposure are being met and reflected properly as per brand strategies.

B. Key Responsibilities:


1. Directly responsible for the brand(s) and its sub-categories.

2. Update plans on a quarterly basis.

3. Spot the need for any market research.


1. Analyze the portfolio’s price positioning vis-à-vis competition and suggest solutions for any gaps.


1. Spot the possibility for a specific promotion based on the market dynamics, brand sales, and competition activity.

2. Be Proactive in terms of proposing new ideas for ATL and BTL campaigns.

C. Educational Background:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing.

2. MBA is a plus.

D. Previous Experience:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or sales in the FMCG field.

2. Very good knowledge in Beirut & suburbs area

E. Languages:

1. English is necessary.

2. French is a plus.

F. Behavioral Skills:

1. Performance oriented.

2. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong multitasking skills

G. Technical Background and Computer Skills:

1. Microsoft office package: Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
