-Build a prospect list by researching for contacts of target audience using the web, connections, previously held list etc.

-Cold call potential customers using a given phone directory to sell products

-Collect customer information and record it accurately to build a solid prospect list in target markets

-Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits

-Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements

-Answer customer questions about offered products and services

-Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how the product meets their needs

-Deal with complaints or doubts to protect the company’s reputation

-Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

-Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

-Answer incoming calls from prospective customers

-Keep track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future

-Follow up on previous customers for potential sales

-Complete customer surveys when required

-Align and coordinate with product team on latest features and benefits

-Report back on a weekly basis to top management on prospect list status update, qualified leads, converted sales and complaints

Requirements & Skills:

-Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role

-Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone

-Excellent communication and presentation skills

-Proficient in English and Arabic

-Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints

-Persistent and results-oriented

-Patient and able to handle customer rejection

-Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
