As a Senior Team Member Relations Specialist with the focus on Compensation & Benefits, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and for the efficiency of your assigned area. You will be primarily responsible for providing support to team members during the employment life cycle, from contracts and hiring to advising on compensation and benefits packages. This position will support of the organization by providing policies, tools, training and advice on a wide range of the employment matters.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create new hire packages, and complete wage and salary verifications
  • Provide advice and support the performance review processes and the yearly salary increase cycle
  • Review and maintain compensation and benefits packages for the MENAT region
  • Support and advise managers with creating an effective organization structure and personnel planning
  • Consult with and advise team members on eligibility and other matters related to best practices
  • Process new hires, terminations, and status changes
  • Prepare and update various (monthly) reports
  • Support managers with performance improvement plans and dealing with difficult situations with team members
  • Develop, maintain and implement various tools, policies and procedures for managers and team members
  • Maintain and implement contract agreements in accordance with company’s standards and local law and legislation
  • Support the team with additional tasks, projects and special assignments as needed
  • Maintain database and prepare internal procedures and recommend various improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR) or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, French is a plus
  • Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, remain detail-oriented, and prioritize competing assignments
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and plan systematically
  • Communicate effectively and maintain a good relationships
